Welcome to the website for Silk City Television, Channel 16 in Manchester, Connecticut. Silk City Television can be found on Cox Cable Channel 16. Channel 16 is Manchester's Government and Education Television Station. We will broadcast Board meetings as well as a large variety of shows dedicated to town departments and school events.
